A Holistic Community Empowerment Agency.

Our History

The Center for Community Empowerment (C.C.E.) is a non-profit community development corporation birthed out Cruciform Church. Cruciform is a non-denominational church who believes that for their gospel to be good, it must be good on the concrete, not just to save one’s soul but to restore broken streets. For over 5 years Cruciform has sought to empower it’s neighbors through the building of the Real Talk Mentoring Program, substance abuse counseling, food distribution, and more. Though Cruciform has a particular love for the City of Hollywood, it’s programs extend to Hallandale, Miramar, Overtown, Allapattah, and Little Haiti. Our hope is that now, through the formation of the Center for Community Empowerment, we can invest deeper and reach further than ever before in the community we love.

Our Executive Team

C.C.E.’s executive team is experienced, young, educated, and full of love for the people of South Florida. Our hope is that this team would not only serve to lead our organization but also to provide a model that the youth of our community could aspire to.
